Frequently asked questions
- What does it cost?
- The intro call is free. The initial technical audit has a fixed price, paid in advance. Build work has a fixed price for each engagement, and retainers are a monthly flat fee for an agreed scope. Either side can end a retainer with a notice period of one month. The full pricing structure is described on the How we work page.
- Who performs the work?
- The engineers you speak with. We do not hand the work to junior developers once the contract is signed, and there is no account manager in between.
- What rights do we get to the code?
- On payment, you get an exclusive license to the code, configuration and documentation you paid for: irrevocable, unlimited in territory and time, with the right to sublicense and assign it. The work happens in your repository, in your organization. When our work together ends, you keep the license to everything you have paid for.
- What happens if an issue occurs after launch?
- We deploy so that a release can be rolled back, and we put runbooks and monitoring in place. Incidents end with a written post-mortem. Defects the delivered result had at handover are repaired free of charge if you report them within 90 days of the handover.
- Do you work in our timezone?
- We work in CET, fully overlapping EU business hours. Day-to-day communication is written by default, so nothing depends on our immediate availability.
- What do you not do?
- Marketing pixels and ads setup, white-label subcontracting, and bidding against three agencies on a pre-decided budget. If we are not the right fit, we say so on the first call.
