Start with an intro call
Describe your situation and include a link to your site if available. We will arrange a short intro call, free and about 30 minutes, to discuss your needs and plan the engagement. When measurement is the right first step, the fixed-price entry audit follows.
We reply within one business day. An engineer answers, not a salesperson.

Frequently asked questions
- What does it cost?
- The intro call is free. The entry audit is a small fixed price agreed upfront, deep-dive audits are fixed-price too, build engagements are invoiced weekly (typically 4–16 weeks), and retainers are monthly. The full pricing structure is described on the How we work page.
- Who performs the work?
- The engineers you speak with. We do not hand the work to junior developers once the contract is signed, and there is no account manager in between.
- Who owns the code?
- You do, from the first paid invoice. The work happens in your repository, in your organization. End the engagement any time and keep everything.
- What happens if an issue occurs after launch?
- Every launch keeps a rollback path usable for 30 days, with runbooks and monitoring in place. The first 30 days of operation are included, and incidents end with a written post-mortem.
- Do you work in our timezone?
- We work in CET, fully overlapping EU business hours; day-to-day communication is written by default, so nothing depends on our immediate availability.
- What don't you do?
- Marketing pixels and ads setup, white-label subcontracting, and bidding against three agencies on a pre-decided budget. If we're not the right fit, we say so on the first call.
The agreement we work from is public and CC-licensed, so you can read the terms before the first call. Download the engagement template
