Fixed priceAn assessment of your store's technical condition in six areas, plus any further areas agreed in the order, for a fixed price paid in advance. You get a written report with the findings, their severity, the recommended steps and an indicative cost estimate, and we present it at an online meeting.
Platform migration
From WooCommerce, Magento 1, or a custom stack to a platform that won't trap you. Catalog, customers, orders, and SEO are preserved through cutover.
Fractional CTO & technical advisory
Senior engineering leadership on your team, without the full-time salary. A monthly retainer with no project deliverables, so you no longer make major technical decisions alone.

Free, about 30 minutes. We discuss your situation and give an honest assessment of whether we are the right team.

The engagement
Build work happens in your repository, at a fixed price for each engagement. Retainers are a monthly flat fee for an agreed scope. We deploy so that a release can be rolled back.
